Where the heck is the Allston studio?
The studio address is: 119 Braintree Street, Suite 414, Allston, MA, 02134.
If you’re driving, you are welcome to park in any of the lots adjacent to the building. Signs that say “parking for 119/129 Tenants and Guests only” are fine, as is street parking.
Come into the main entrance, on Braintree Street, with the metal awning, “119 sign”, and Fed-Ex/UPS boxes.
Note that main entrance is NOT adjacent to either parking lot- it is ON Braintree street, across from a short brick building with a green sign that says "MetroCab"
If the main door is locked, use the intercom system to call me. Touch the big grey button and follow the prompts. You can say “Nile Scott Studios” or “Suite 414” and it will call to buzz you in.
Take the elevator or stairs to the fourth floor
Turn left out of the elevator at the bank of electric meters and head down the hall, bearing right
Turn left almost immediately
Turn right at the next “intersection” - you’ll see a fire extinguisher on your right as you make this turn.
Turn left at the exit sign at the end of this hall (walk towards the plants and white brick)
Take a small sidestep down through an archway, go through the open door with electric meters on your right.
Turn right immediately after stepping through the door; the studio is at the end of this hall; Suite no. 414 with “Nile Scott Studios” to the left of the door.
If you’re renting the studio, please input your door code (this will be in our other communication) to unlock the door.
If the door is open, head inside! If it is not, please knock or reach out to Nile to be let in.
If you have a code for the door, please use the keypad directly above the knob. Don’t forget to press the check mark!
