Rescheduling Policy

 

FOR ULTIMATE AND HEADSHOT SESSIONS:

 

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to book your session.

 

If we are more than three weeks from your shoot date, please reach out and I’m sure we’ll be able to reschedule or cancel without penalty. However, we may not be able to find a new date for a month or more.

 

If we are between 1-3 weeks from your shoot date, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do. If you have booked a hair/makeup artist, you will be required to pay a $100 rescheduling/cancelation fee.

 

If we are between 1 week and 48 hours of your shoot date, rescheduling will be very difficult. We will require a $200 rescheduling/cancelation fee regardless of hair and makeup, and your shoot may be pushed out a month or more.

 

Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of the shoot date will require a new booking be made at full price.

 

Rescheduling more than once will result in a $300 rescheduling fee in addition to any fees already paid.

 

FOR ALL MINI SESSIONS:

 

100% payment is due before booking is confirmed.

 

If it is more than two weeks until your shoot date, please get in touch and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request. If you’ve booked hair and makeup, additional rescheduling/cancelation fees may be required.

 

If we are less than two weeks from your booked time, no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED HAIR AND MAKEUP INITIALLY, BUT CHANGE YOUR MIND:

For Headshot Sessions, if we are more than three weeks from your shoot, you can drop the hair and makeup without penalty.

For The Ultimate Session, we will either convert to a Headshot Session with hair+makeup, or you may be required to pay a $150 hair/makeup cancellation fee.

Between three weeks and seven days you will be asked to pay a $150 hair/makeup cancellation fee.

Fewer than seven days will require full payment to the hair and makeup artist

For Mini Sessions, you will not receive a refund for canceled hair and makeup if the session is less than two weeks away. Changes outside of two weeks will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that exceptions to all these rules will be made in the event of truly inclement weather, emergency such as power outage, fire, etc., or significant illness, or any provable, unforeseen impediment to attending your shoot. We reserve the right to offer or decline refunds/enforce penalties on a case-by-case basis. If Nile or a hair/makeup artist (if applicable) is unable to attend the shoot, we will work to find a new date and time at no cost, and possibly with a discount.

 

We may also make exceptions to these policies for appointments moved to another time on the original date.

We hope that with careful planning we can avoid any of these issues, so please triple-check your calendar before booking a shoot!
